Suvashish Dasgupta

Co-founder & VP – Engineering

Suvashish Dasgupta leads the engineering and service delivery function at InstaV Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of delivering solutions to our customers starting from recruiting talent, driving training & technical/industry certifications for the team, and ensuring delivery of solutions with high customer satisfaction scores.

Suvashish is an accomplished technology leader with over 30+ years’ industry experience. He has hands-on experience in building cloud-based SAAS / CPAAS products & solutions for large-scale deployments in telecom providers globally. He has also lead the development of several in-house Enterprise Business IT solutions as well as built ERP products & solutions. He possesses extensive architecture, software development and automation, systems integration and service management experience. He has led large engineering & delivery teams and has rolled out transformational programs such as Scaled Agile in the development organizations he has led.

Prior to his current role, Suvashish has served in various leadership roles at Synchronoss Technologies and Hewlett Packard as well as a two-year stint at a services start-up that was later acquired by Synchronoss. He has significant global experience having worked with customers in the Asia Pacific region, and in leading developer teams based in the Americas, Europe and India. He was based in the Silicon Valley for 6+ years before moving back to India.

Suvashish has a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
